The entire thing is saved. You just need an image viewer that will run the entire image. Just load it into your browser and it should play fine.

No clue, I google translated the link you posted from German to English and it didn't give a title. However, the video clip title translates to 'Meteor proposed in Berlin'. I'm hereby encouraging everyone to vote 'no'.
