I do not take issue with the used game sales from EB/Gamestop. I do not shop there any longer but that is more of a reflection of the stores customer service [or lack thereof] and finding better prices elsewhere.
Things I do take issue with:
-hard sell on pre-orders
-charging full price for a "gutted" copy of a new release
[their return policy states no returns on opened software and only give you trade value so by that logic they cant charge me full price for a opened "new" game]
-from a price standpoint they are the worst deal in town. [Often Amazon beats any price offered on a new release, and will ship it to my house the day its ou"

"regards to the activision news. While its good to hear earnings are up it still puzzles me as a share holder why the stock has only gone up 1.00 recently.
So many strong franchises yet the market does not seem to care. Hard to believe that not one broker has a "up until 4am playing starcraft, diablo II , or WoW" st"
