NES Screen Saver Lets You Jump into a Game at Any Time
Written by Jasmine Maleficent Rea

In the 1990s, maze screen savers were all the rage. Kids often wished that the wandering mazes were actually games, but their hearts broke every time they touched the mouse and the screen saver vanished.

Here's to you, constantly defeated kid in the '90s: MK Productions makes your dreams come true with an NES screen saver that plays multiple demo videos that tile over your computer screen. The awesome thing is that whenever you want, you can take control of a game window and jump into the NES game directly from a window on the screen saver. [Via Reddit/GameTab]

You can download the screen saver here. Installation can be a bit tricky, but it's got tons of instructions to guide you through the process.

@Jasmine - I knew there was some type of conspiracy to get people to do nothing but play games! Your methods are very strong-armed!
