Comcast = Jenky Ass Ho
Written by Josh Timm

The reason I haven't been asking everybody questions lately is because Comcast decided that the Timm's internet wasn't really a big deal or worth their time to keep up and running. I'm pretty angry about that, but it got me a pretty good question for y'all.

  While attempting to fix the internet, they asked me if I wanted to sign up for voicemail. I told them politely (not really), that if I had their phone service I wouldn't be able to call them for customer support because I wouldn't have working phones.

 On to the question:

Have you any customer support horror stories to share? An old episode of GFW Radio had a pretty funny Jeff Green Dell rant. Have you, or do you know anyone who has escalated to violence? Please share. Thanks.

comcast=scam...Owed them like $300 dollars because we fell behing a month in payments...cut off our internet...thought how can we save more money...get rid of the HD reciever and go basic cable and internet...ended up saving $7 a month...yes $7 difference between HD cable and Basic...now my internet keeps cutting in and out...they say my connection is fine...I say they suck ballz

For me, Comcast works. I am afraid to say I have had great service with them all my life. And no, I am not a Comcast employee. Maybe living in a suburb off of Chicago plays a role in that; isn't Comcast's headquarters located in Chicago?

Upon further research -- Comcast's headquarters is located in Pennsylvania. So I have no idea why I have such luck with Comcast and no one else does.

Hehe, a guy came today and fixed some stuff. Weird stuff. They say we need to install an amplifier for the router for optimal performance, and being a gamer, I am ALL for that.

and installing an amplifier would only cost $30(Probably $40, they have to sell their products too)!

The most recent time my internet stopped working the first thing customer service asked me was "are you sure you turned the router on today?" I almost hung up on them.
