Handheld games are no longer time-wasters that parents hand off to their children on long car trips. Every year major franchises come to the DS and PSP, and they sell phenomenally. The recently released Ys Seven and Dragon Quest 9 are but two examples of this trend.

We want to know what you think of the mobile gaming phenomenon. Do you always have a gaming-enabled phone, iPod, or handheld with you? Do you prefer the freedom of games you can pick up and put down at will?

Here's how to participate:
