The developer has acknowledged this as a bug and I believe has made a save file available to unlock all 3 levels. @Ryan I am actually debating that right now. Although the show was originally intended to be short primers or a first impression, and certainly not comprehensive. We were not certain there would be an interest in walking (or hobbling) through new titles ad nauseam.
