On Demian Linn's  The Internet is Freaking Out About: Heavy Rain Gameplay
" not exactly sure what there is to be freaking out about here. If this is the game the story had better be pretty damn amazing to hold my interest, because the audio-visuals definitely won't (aside from the cool glasses thing, but that is a just a gimmick).

Even though we can't possibly know the context of what is shown a scenario where this is interesting or cool escapes me, so I hope the developers have an infinitely better imagination than me.
