When the premise of Scribblenauts is described, it sounds amazing. Type anything, make it appear, and solve puzzles in any way that you see fit? Fantastic! However, the controls were so bad that any endeavor to like the game was dealt a serious blow. And most puzzles were easily bested through a series of win buttons (jetpack, black hole, toaster in the water). If there's to be a sequel, let's hope that they don't need "10,000 more items" as a unique selling point, and work on the controls and some clever puzzles.
