I had to pass this bit of news along, not only because I giggled with glee upon seeing it, but also because this video in question is a rather fantastic piece of work.

For anyone uninitiated (and shame on you) Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog was a mini musical created by Buffy The Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon during the writers strike a few years back that pretty much made television unwatchable.

But, it did give us Conan O'Brien with a beard.

Astonishing.

Anyhow, this bloke managed to take Dr. Horrible (available on Hulu and streaming on Netflix if you're so inclined, not to mention you COULD just watch it on youtube) and retrofit the story into some 8-bit goodness.
