Jell-o shots are a gleeful reminder of my freshman year of college. They're ridiculous concoctions combining alcohol with a once-harmless childhood treat.

Blue Portal Jell-o Shots
Ingredients:
1/2 cup lime sherbet
1/2 cup water
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
2 oz blue curacao
1/2 cup ginger ale
1/2 cup gin
