Although my writing has been more scarce as of late, I've been with Bitmob since the beginning. I remember when this site was simply known as "Project P" back on Shoe's Sore Thumbs blog. When the site launched, I was excited but I'm not sure I totally grasped the concept. Because of this, my first article was more of a straight preview which included my impressions from the closed beta of a new free to play MMO from Atlus called Neo Steam.

As with more than a few other Bitmobbers, I made my way over here from 1up, so I was used to writing here and there and having friends comment on the article. What I wasn't expecting however, was that my dinky little preview was promoted to the front page. I attribute this fact to there being much less people writing for Bitmob at that time, but it sure was nice to see it up there.

Shortly after writing that article, I stopped playing Neo Steam. Although the game was completely serviceable for what it was, I just didn't have the time to dedicate to an MMO even with being unemployed. There were too many other games that I wanted to play and other projects that required my attention. One of those projects was evident in my next several posts, that being the podcast that would quickly be coined Pixel Revolt by community member turned editor Brett Bates.

Since then, the majority of my posts here on Bitmob have been related to Pixel Revolt, primarily because I don't often find good ideas for editorial articles. Having the podcast allows me to contribute to Bitmob in my own way, without needed to drive myself crazy trying to get words typed out on the screen. I do have some ideas for a few articles, as well as continuing a certain series that I started months ago and never came back to.

Hopefully you will see more from me in the near future. Oh yea, and listen to Pixel Revolt!

Thanks for being a part in the call-out. Maybe someday I'll get to be on Pixel Revolt. 'Til then, I'll keep listening.

My favorite post of yours was the Gaming Lexicon. I don't have a lot of Gamer friends, so I don't often hear the jargon that Gamers use! It was quite useful and I would love to see another. Although, I know you just started a new job and moved, so time has got to be in real short supply!

Now Chase and Daniel Feit are itching to be on your show!
