Pixel RevoltBitmobbers, unite! The long-awaited, oft-delayed return of Pixel Revolt, Bitmob's community-driven podcast, is upon us!

Well, almost. Brett Bates, Jeff Grubb, and I are finally set to record a new episode this week and hope to get it out to you at our regular time next Tuesday.

For those of you new to Bitmob since Pixel Revolt's summer hiatus, here's a quick summary: Each episode, we highlight an active community member and bring them on to join the discussion. We all comb through the Mobfeed to discuss articles that caught our attention -- particularly ones that haven't been featured on the front page. Think of it as the Mobcast inverted.

We also throw out a question to the community each week and feature your answers on the show. Here's this week's question:

If you were to design a comic book to put yourself into, what sort of character would you play?

We need your answers by Thursday morning. You can respond by:

1) Recording a sound clip on your computer, then emailing it to us at PixelRevoltDL@gmail.com (Preferred)

2) Calling us on our voicemail line: (626) 37-PIXEL

3) Sending an email response to PixelRevoltDL@gmail.com

4) Leaving a comment in this post!

But wait, there's more: To celebrate our return, we're giving away a copy of Twisted Pixel's latest game, Comic Jumper, to one lucky responder! So make those entries good because we'll be choosing our favorite on the show.

See you next week!

The strong, silent type.

But seriously, I wasn't sure if you meant what sort of powers I would have, or how I would react morally to the world around me. So I'm answering both.

My name would be the BM-inator, and my power would be making people have to pinch a loaf. It would help me a) not abuse my power, because come on, it only goes so far, and b) it would help me keep the mood light in intense situations.

"If you walk any closer I'll -- oh crap! It's running down my pants and into my shoes!"

Holy shinikies! This is great news! I will make my usual contribution. Just don't let Lance delete this ep! That sucked!

I'd insert myself as a Mr. Fantastic character, of course...ahem, I mean with the super power of his unmatched intellect....

My comic would be a self-narrated noir comic, black and white.

It would be about my life as a family man, but I'd jokingly make it look as serious as humanly possible, which in turn would actually make it kind of funny.  I would speak in my worst hard-boiled detective shtick:

"I stared intently into his eyes trying to dig into his psyche.  His glistening apple sauce mustache shifted as he gave me a smug smile, an obviously nod that he wasn't about to open up.  I gripped the spoon harder, not letting any of the spiced fruit slip.  It was me, or him...
