Sony and Nintendo made big pushes for 3D gaming at E3, but Sega actually had 3D support for their first console -- the Sega Master System -- with the SegaScope 3D. Sega's tech uses LCD shutter glasses, which actually isn't too different from the expensive devices you'll need to wear for the PlayStation 3's 3D support. Well, at least in that they both shutter. Now enjoy this 1980s-rific commercial.

Though Sega has usually had the technological upper hand, their games were lacking in personality (for me). You can have clay shooting in 3D, but that still doesn't come close to the Duck Hunt Dog!
