In this edition of Weekend Recap, you can become a groin-kicking expert, Rabbids terrorize Nickelodeon, and the Xbox 360 channel-surfs.

Epic founder Tim Sweeney announced that Unreal Engine 3 will support Adobe Flash Player 11. It can’t be long before we’re all tending our crops in UnrealVille.

Microsoft has partnered with HBO, UFC, Comcast, MTV, YouTube, and many others to bring new TV shows and movies to Xbox Live this holiday season. It’s not TV; it’s Xbox 360!

PlayStation 2 games are coming to the PS3 as part of Sony’s Only On PSN program. The initial wave of titles include God Hand, Odin Sphere, and Maximo: Ghosts to Glory.

Ubisoft and Nickelodeon are working on a Raving Rabbids TV series to debut in 2013. The show will consist of 78 CG shorts, released as 26 half-hour episodes. I don’t care about their games, but I sure love them Rabbids!

Lol. I thought Farmville was supposed to be a safe game where I didn't have to worry about dying. Then again, I wouldn't mind committing genocide to save my crops...

A most excellent comment! I'm proud to say I've never played FarmVille, but I am hooked on Zynga's Adventure World.

Games for social networks are serious business, and hardcore gamers might pay more attention to them if they looked like Unreal Tournament.
