Over the years, I've come to see the police as some of the most difficult A.I. to program. Where do they fit, and how strict can they be before becoming too frustrating?

I never found a huge trouble with ported games. And then I played Shank on PC.

As more and more video games feature an excessive amount of violence, L.A. Noire delivers and alternative route and seeks to live up to its current hype.

It's easy to see the universe of BioShock filled with references to Greek mythology. But there are also references to Objectivism, a philosphy built on man himself. I explore how these two elements come together to create the world or Rapture.

DLC is a staple to video games especially with digital distribution serving as a main aspect of every console. But what constitutes DLC release dates and is the cost really worth it?

Video games are filled with obscure references directly and indirectly. In Half-Life 2, I attempt to point out interesting similarities between the 19th century England and the science fiction modern depiction of a dystopian society.

Sometimes an old, obscure game is still better than the latest releases in popular franchises.

Death is a mainstay in many of the world's most beloved games. Is it because of its versatility?

Fallout: New Vegas' release was a good one, but nonetheless shaky. I look into one of the more complex games of the entirety of open-world gaming.

"...Me too. I tried playing it after getting it for Christmas but I just couldn't finish it. I just wasn't brought into it enough that I wanted to devote my time. The game-play gets repetitive and it's a little too complex for me. I understand the recognition that it fully deserves but it just didn't work for me. I had trouble coming to terms with that. "

"I was very put off by Singularity at the beginning, just because it's so damn difficult. But once you get used to it, it's really rather worth your time. Glad to see that mentioned! I've always wanted to play Deadly Premonition but haven't gotten to. "

"I would like to do a kind of keeping up with Doug keeping up with his anticipations.
In other words post a few notables about the games I am looking forward too. For instance, some new screens from DiRT 3 and a video from Rage! Maybe write a little blurb for each one. There's a lot of different ways you can blurb. "

"I really think this game deserves a second chance. I think the developers learned a lot from that game mostly because it was extremely expiremental and their was a lot of great constructive criticism coming from reviewers. I thought it was fantastic save for the awkward hand to hand combat and the even more awkward story-line, but I found both of this easy to over-look. Really glad to see someone stick up for Mirror's Edge for once in a while!"

"Nick: I had opposite feelings about Splinter Cell: Conviction. I thought the story was a little boring and there wasn't really anything unique I liked about the game except for some of the mapping and sneaking. I guess it just wasn't what I was expecting when I started playing.
My GOTY would either be Fallout: New Vegas or Battlefield: Bad Company 2. They are both really solid and it would kill me to have to make a decision. "

"This isn't gaming related but I once had asked for a guitar when I was 11. Little did I know my Dad tried to fix it but unfortunately broke it all together on Christmas Eve. He was going to tell me about it after I was done opening everything else. Although he forgot to take the tab book that came with the guitar out from under the tree. That was the first thing I opened and thought I would for sure get that guitar in the nice box in the corner. "

"I don't understand why you would try to disrespect the people that made it possible for you to write on their web-site. Maybe you should think before you write. "
