Swearing. It happens uncontrollably while playing Rhythm Heaven -- the quality rhythm game for the DS from the team behind the Wario Ware games. Don't play it on a plane soon after an underpants bomber unless you want to headline the 11 o'clock news about a plane that was rerouted due to a "rowdy passenger."
The difficulty comes in many flavors. Simply to pass many of the stages requires multiple attempts before you become competent at the basic pattern. The levels rapidly get more complex and varied. For this game it isn't enough to tax the skills of the player. No, the only way to get a "Perfect" is if you hit every single note. That sounds reasonable except for the fact that you can only earn that "Perfect" after you have earned a medal and the game selects the level for you. At which point you have three opportunities to get it perfect or you'll have to wait however long the game wants to have another opportunity.
It is a bastard of a game and it wouldn't be an issue if it weren't also one of the best.
