What's Cosplay Friday? Why, it's a thing I just made up. It's a day for sharing pictures of normal people, like you and me, dressed as video game characters. Oh, the novelty!
GamingBolt put together a collection of 25 awesome gaming cosplayers. Two of my favorites were tributes to Assassin's Creed 2's Ezio and Shadow of the Colossus' Wander:
I'd be more impressed with the Wanderer outfit if it had been designed to show the jaggies that plagued that character design.
If I had known it was Cosplay Friday I would have stayed in bed. These knuckleheads are depressing. Hmm, I guess I feel better about myself now, so that's cool.

I must have bad eyes, cause' I didn't notice any of that jaggies or framerate problems in that game. Or I'm just getting senile. Probably both.
And that's Naked Snake, not Solid! I actually saw that Meryl cosplayer running around the day that picture was taken, at the Metreon Kojima signing.

Seriously impressive! Wow, there's some stellar cosplays.
I tend to stumble upon a few great cosplay on Flickr once in a while. I used to (and likely still) have my old Scorpion (home made) cosplay suit. I would have it change colors to Sub-zero and Reptile for each Halloween season. It was badass at the time.
See a bunch of Jin-Roh cosplayers labeled as Killzone costumes. Son I am Disappoint.
