I was a little grouchy on Friday due to a big lack of sleep and travelling, but PAX East was a blast. There are some changes they need to make, but it was awesome being surrounded by so many like-minded people. It was like an internet forum without trolls.

I just finished writing my article, but it won't let me post! I can click on the button to save the draft or publish, and the circle in the top-left does its little progress spin, but the post doesn't get published to the mobfeed, nor does it save my work. I've spent a lot of time on this, and I really want to get it up in a timely manner.

@Luke: I'm not sure what's up with that. Why don't you try restarting your browser and seeing if it works then? Drop a note here if not.

I tried that, and I tried just making a new post and copying and pasting. It must be something that I added in after the saved it a while ago, because I just added in some new text to test it out and that worked. When I copy and paste in what I had written before, it just won't save. I added some embedded Youtube videos, but even with those taken out, it doesn't want to save or post. This sucks, because I really need to go to bed soon because of work tomorrow, but I also want to get this thing up ASAP.

@Luke @Brett: Yeah, there's something wrong. I can't post, either.

I'm noticing that the site is running really slowly now too, so I guess it's on Bitmob's end. I have been able to add a little bit more, but it seems to not want to let me add more than a few lines past the text I had saved last. Is there a limit to how much we can put in one post?

EDIT - Yeah, it's not letting me add anything after a certain point, so I guess there's a limit. Does anyone know this?

EDIT 2 - Ugh, I tried doing a new page and splitting it up that way, but it's just not working,

@Luke: The general slowness is being worked on. Hopefully that'll fix your problems too. Sorry for the difficulties!

You could also try a different browser? Here's hoping something will work -- I'd like to read your PAX opinions!

I was able to post using Internet Explorer 6!

It's finally up http://www.bitmob.com/articles/pax-east-2010-the-good-the-bad-and-very-little-ugly

I was able to copy in the rest of the text in IE, but I couldn't figure out how to get it back to normal, nor did I want to tempt fate too much by messing around with it. I put the pics past the Exhibition Hall part in on Firefox, and I had a bunch of embedded Youtube videos that aren't showing up.

I really don't want to try and keep messing with it and screw it up again, but I really want those videos in there. Here's an example of what I had to embed, so maybe someone can tell me what I did wrong.

EDIT - Nevermind, I think I fixed it all now.
