Minecraft launched on the Xbox 360 earlier this week, and according to Mojang founder Markus "Notch" Persson, it was profitable just an hour after going live. It blew through the record for most sales for an Xbox Live Arcade title in a 24 hour period and is likely still gaining traction.

In honor of Minecraft's pretty amazing week, why not try Gourmet Gaming's recipe for mushroom stew? The 360 version of the game doesn't feature a hunger bar yet, but you can't go wrong with a nice drop of a savory, creamy stew. Here are a few of the ingredients:

Olive oil

Truffle oil (optional)

Salt  and pepper

4 cups mushrooms (chopped)

• Portabello
• Pink Oyster
• Yellow Oyster
• Shimeji
