Your comments on AI in this episode were pretty interesting, and you touched a little bit on the difference between scripting (what most gamers mistake for AI) in shooters like Call of Duty, and actual procedural behavior in games like Metal Gear.

You guys joked that Metal Gear wouldn't be fun if you hid in a closet and enemies checked every closet until they found you, but they've actually been doing that since Metal Gear Solid 2 - clearing areas room-to-room like a SWAT team. The most ambitious example of procedural AI right now is probably ArmA 2 in which every battle is completely different because it's all run by the AI of each individual NPC.
