My friend Cory Schmitz recently hosted a release party to celebrate the printing of his second video game art and culture book, The Controller. To mark the occasion, I recorded a song (a couple days late for the party...), gave it more or less the same name, and sent it to Cory.

This is actually the first song I've produced, rapped on, and recorded in its entirety (I've done all of those separately, before), so consider it a treat...or something. Maybe the next song I do will have a hook or at least a part you can sing along to.

Anyhow, I loaded the lyrics with video game references. Can you name them all? Post in the comment section your best guesses as to what the hell I'm talking about.
