I'm a big Diablo fan, but I'm getting impatient waiting for Blizzard to announce a release date for Diablo 3. Sadly, I think that 2011 is looking less and less likely. I guess I'll need to find some other hack-and-slashers to keep me busy.

Well, look what we have here! Someone is making a Diablo-style game using StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty's modding tools. The map conversion, titled StarHack, looks like a perfect blend of StarCraft's sci-fi aesthetic and Diablo's button-clicky gameplay.

Sadly, just like the real thing, StarHack doesn't have a release date. Oh well. I can't wait to see what kind of neat maps the modding community will make with Diablo 3. Oh...wait. Diablo 3 isn't going to allow modding. Whoops.
