Fellow staffer Jason Lomberg said this might be the toughest Puzzler I've done so far, yet "that's that one dude from that old game" is the correct answer for all of them. You might have gotten a perfect score if it was only about Gears of War 3....

#7 might have been in Gears of War 3, if you count all the headless bodies. Lol.

#7 is me in every Gears of War multiplayer match.

With a new Halo trilogy on the horizon, Master Chief will be around for a very long time. The next Puzzler about has-beens will have more recent losers. It will be fun.

Hahaha. I thought the same thing. I was thinking something along the lines of "A Boy and His Blob." Of course, that was back in the NES days, so that wouldn't work.

I know! That game was awesome with 2 players. I don't think many people remember that cute duo.

I played it years ago at a friends house. Then a year ago I was reading a old EGM, and found a ad for it.

Went off to ebay right after that, and been enjoying it.

Pocky and Rocky were great. The two P&R games were really tough, though. I needed a friend to help me get through the games. Lol.
 

#2 is ridiculous. The game is awesome, but insane. You must experience it at least once in your life.

#4 is a fun game, but Heady's design sucks. A termite in a bow tie?

There are enough obscure characters to make 10 Puzzlers, or more. I had to scroll up to see #10 because I had already forgotten about him.

Well, #2 was made by Treasure, the same company that developed Mischief Makers. So it's probably more than a coincidence.
