I’ve always been pretty baffled by the story in the Assassin’s Creed series. Now I can’t wait to play Assassin’s Creed: Revelations to find out just what the hell this game is about -- some kind of apple, I think.

Assassin’s Creed: Revelations features some slight twists to the fun gameplay that fans of the series know and love. I happen to prefer swordfights over assassinations...due to how brutal kills can be. Some of them are downright cringe-worthy.

I had a hands-on demo with NBA 2K12 yesterday, and the “NBA’s Greatest” mode features some pretty revered names. I didn’t even bother going up against Michael Jordan; I’m sure you can figure out the reason for that.

Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon is either a wet dream or a horrible nightmare for someone who despises insects. I’m somewhere in the middle; ever since I saw Honey I Shrunk the Kids, I’ve been somewhat partial to giant ants.

Considering how colorful Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine looks, I’m shocked at the amount of blood it has. I’m not sure how I’ll take to sawing through a cartoonish-looking orc; that seems a bit inconsistent.
