I hear developer Polytron Corporation plans to have a playable version of Fez at this weekend’s PAX East convention. If you get a chance, shift a couple of perspectives for yours truly (who's stuck on the West Coast).

• The latest Fez trailer shows off a few of the levels in the game and your character Gomez jumping. As unimpressive as that might sound, it still looks pretty damn sweet.

• I don't know what to do. I'm a pretty big Star Wars fan, and Star Wars: The Old Republic looks utterly amazing. At the same time, I promised myself I would never get involved with an MMORPG for fear of losing all of my free time.

• Don't you just hate it when you're with a group of your friends and you run into a samurai who has a grudge against your assassin buddy? It's even worse when it happens in Monday Night Combat.
