Love it or hate it, Twitter can be useful -- you just need to be following the right people. Who are the “right” people? Well, your friendly neighborhood Bitmob staff of course!

I rounded up the Twitter accounts of the Bitmob crew (if someone didn’t have one I asked for a reason why) and put them all together in one spot. I also read over each person’s recent tweets to give you a scouting report on what to expect from them.

Now it’s easier than ever for you to get important updates on what’s making me cranky at any given moment, what Demian is eating, and even what great new content is up on the site!

Bitmob -Â Bitmob

This is the official, licensed, authorized, FDA-approved Bitmob account. You’ll get frequent updates on the latest and greatest articles to appear on the site.

Shoe - BitmobShoe
Shoe likes to talk about what games he is playing, how busy he is with Bitmob, and he also shares site-related links. He does respond to quite a few messages, so feel free to chat him up -- he’s not really as busy as he claims to be.

Demian - Demian_Linn
Demian doesn’t post a whole lot of Bitmob-related stuff, but he does like to talk about food and music, so that’s pretty cool. Oh yeah, he also tweeted this story about love pillows. Not really sure what’s up with that...

Jason - Jason_Wilson
Jason posts a ton of Bitmob-related info and, like Shoe, talks a lot about how busy he is. One day one of those two will figure out that hanging out on Twitter doesn’t help a person become less-busy. Until then, let’s enjoy their frequent updates.

Greg -Â GregFood
Greg posts so infrequently that his most recent tweet prompted a brief firestorm from folks who couldn’t believe Greg was good enough to grace them with an update. His topic? Candied Yams.

Michael - Bitmob_Hoe
Donahoe has made a special Twitter account for Bitmob in an effort to keep his private life somewhat private. Now he just needs to learn to not use the account to broadcast his most private moments. Exhibit A: “I pooped today at 11:37am.”

Aaron - Aaron_Thomas
I don’t know what the deal is, but I tend to post a lot when I’m grumpy about something. I guess I feel that it’s very important you know what is bothering me at any given time. I don’t always complain, though. I post Bitmob-related stuff, cool pictures, and other random things.

Toby - ATC1982
Toby is probably the most conversational Bitmobber on Twitter. The dude chats up a storm with everyone. If you’re lonely, tweet Toby. Oh, I like that; it should be on a bumper sticker or something.

Brett -Â Bbretterson
Brett is another chatty Bitmobber. He’s always happy to answer Bitmob-related questions and unlike me, he’s never grumpy. His posts are mostly gaming-related, but we love him anyway.

Alejandro -Â Aquma
The man has an account, but he doesn’t tweet. His reason? “I only signed up to keep track of things I was too forgetful to follow on the internet otherwise.” I was going to mock him for never posting, but this actually makes sense.

Rich -Â gametopius
Rich mostly sticks to posting Bitmob links, but he tosses in a few other interesting nuggets as well. I enjoyed the story with the headline “Power Ranger -- I Wasn't Mighty Drunk.”

Andrew -Â twittch
Fitch doesn’t post a whole lot of status updates, but he does respond to tweets he finds interesting. He also chats about soccer a bit, so if you’re wanting to talk about video games and the beautiful game, he’s probably down for that.

Lance - The_Lancer
I might have anointed Toby the title for “most conversational” a bit too soon. When he’s not posting Bitmob links, Lance is busy chatting with what seems to be most everyone on Twitter. Lance truly is a social butterfly.

Kris - No Twitter account for Kris
Though he’s not on Twitter, Kris was good enough to provide samples of what the world would be like if he were to be on Twitter. It’s probably for the best that he’s not:

"Just ate delicious sandwich;" "Watching TV. Yup;" "Currently sitting. It is, I propose, preferable to standing." "Wondering if insanity exists amongst squirrels." And this, my friends, is precisely why my refusal to get a Twitter account is no great loss to humanity.
