...introductory post. Yes, I wanted to be as self indulgent as possible before this wonderful community humbles me on my piss poor writing skills.
Hi! I'm here, no doubt, for the same reason most of you are in this place... to break into this industry which we all adore and love. I'm aware that this is an increasingly overcrowded space to be in. I know the horror stories. I recognize that working freelancers, who in this job economy, are struggling to find stable jobs. Yet, I believe that anyone can achieve success in any capacity if they work hard and hone on their craft.
Which brings me to Bitmob. After a series of conversations with G4TV's Sterling McGarvey nagging "you should write on Bitmob," I finally caved in. I had this account for a while yet it lingered in a purgatory of inactivity. But for all intensive purposes I am ready and willing to commit my earnest to this community. Upon my first impressions of Bitmob, as Sterling analogized, reminds me of a "training dojo" for writers where I can experiment, create, and recieve much needed feedback from writers and professionals in the field.
So this is where I stand, if you really want to know my background I've been writing for a website for 2 years and recently attended E3, but if I am to really shine, I know realize that Bitmob is the way!
Feel free to get in touch, always looking to make new friends and network!

Welcome to Bitmob, and good luck breaking in. This community really is a great place to experiment and hone your craft.
EDIT: here's your first bit of feedback. Remember to proofread your work. "Intensive purposes" sure sound, um, intense, but I don't think that's what you meant. And I think you now realize that Bitmob is the way. Also, you don't own any "earnest," so you can't commit it, but you can make an earnest attempt, or act in earnest. (EDIT2: Actually, I suppose your usage of earnest is okay, albeit awkward.)
Whoops! Pardon my word usage and grammatical mistakes. /facepalm
You know you're on Bitmob when comments contain writing tips! Welcome to the Mob!
I just have one question: Why are you pointing at Buzz's crotch?
Welcome to Bitmob.
Welcome aboard, William! Give Sterling our thanks for his pestering.
Thanks for the warm reception everyone! And Jay I thought it would be a fun goofy pose but its the only good photo of me from E3 2010 LOL!
I said to same thing to him when the picture was being taken.
Will always has swung that way.
