As you probably know by now, Microsoft tends to whip up a custom game system for almost every major game release. The Halo 3 Special Edition Console was neat, the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 Special Edition Console looks fantastic, but if you have the free time (and artistic ability), you could do what this fan did and make one that blows Microsoft's SE away [via Technabob]:

This Halo 3: ODST design you see is one of the armor emblems from the game. And on top of that, the system is partially see-through and it glows. Fancy dancy, indeed.

Looks like someone might have a viable new side business. Well, if he can crank out about 1,000,000 to coincide with the Halo: ODST launch today. And, uh, avoid being sued.
