First some basic facts, taken from Lance's post:

Bitmobber:  Evan Killham
Age:  28
Profession:  Paper Pusher for the student loan industry.
Locale:  Lincoln, NE
Live:  MUEvan
PSN:  MUEvan

Deserted Island Game (with internet):  Crackdown

Deserted Island Game (w/o internet):  Shadow of the Colossus

Three adjectives to describe yourself:  Geeky, Odd, Ranty

What do you like best about BITMOB?: The fact that my articles appear beside the work of people I have followed and respected for years (even though my stuff isn't as good), and the availability of work by smart, clever people I can't read anywhere else.

Evan Killham lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he spends vast chunks of his day filling out paperwork, trying to come up with The Perfect Zombie Emergency Plan, and not being a fan of football.  He has a Bachelor's Degree in English and Film Studies from the University of Nebraska, which pretty much explains why he works where he does.  He looks a lot like this:

...except that he very rarely wears a suit and smiles from time to time.  He lives with his girlfriend of seven years, who makes adorable art and smiles almost constantly.  Nobody is quite sure how their relationship works, but it does.

When he's not at work or playing video games, Evan writes short stories and collects rejection slips.  He also writes weekly posts for Inside the Console and highly recommends their podcast, and not just because the hosts often say very nice things about him.

Evan's first console was an APF TV Fun, and it's something of a miracle that he continued to play video games after that.  His most baffling gaming accomplishment is this:

Sure it was on Medium, but the word "ya'll" makes him laugh.

The whole third-person narrative makes Evan feel a little pretentious, so he's going to switch to first-person for this last bit.

I've only been on Bitmob for a few weeks, but it's already my favorite gaming website out there; I've really enjoyed reading everyone's work and being part of the community.  I hope people have liked my articles so far, and I'm looking forward to both reading and writing a lot more.

@ Lance - I have, in fact, come up with Emergency Contingencies for Outbreaks of Zombies (ECOZ - pronounced "echoes") for every place I've ever worked. People have told me that's nuts, but it's always better to have a plan. And thanks; I've liked your stuff too.

Oh, also...this should justify the shameless plugging of my girlfriend's art: http://renton1313.deviantart.com/art/Mister-Bubbles-98024915
