The many remixes of the Tetris theme song

The 8-bit era of games is notorious for having created some of the most catchy tunes in popular culture. Tetris was one of the many games that stuck to players' minds to the point of insanity. The main theme didn't help matters much. The puzzler's popular jingle that everyone and their parents can whistle is actually an old Russian folk song from the 19th century. Neat, eh?

Here's something even cooler: This medley has become such a staple in gaming culture that it has been remixed, remade, and translated into pretty much every genre you can think of (except country...I tried really hard to find a country version).

Speed Metal

Dubstep

Power metal

Most of you have probably already heard of the band Powerglove. If you haven't, fix that...now.

I do fucking love that song! It's cheesy/clubby, but it's catchy as heck.

I agree that rap song is contagious.

What's worse is that everytime I hear the Tetris tune, I can't get it off my brain for a month, much to my wife's dismay. Thanks Ryan.
