In 1982, Parker Brothers released an action-packed Jedi simulator, titled Star Wars: Jedi Arena, for the Atari 2600. This ad tries desperately to hide the simplistic and down-right-dull gameplay.
For those who'd like to know the truth behind the advertising, I've included a two-minute clip after the cut. Two minutes is more time than necessary to determine the absolute lack of effort put into this idea. What are you even doing? Batting a lightning orb around?
I'm almost certain I've played this game. In Parker Bros' defense, it's probably not possible to produce anything worthy of the title "Jedi Arena". In my defense, the game was a total piece of shit.
