Are you experiencing nausea, heartburn, or a mild headache? I'm not a real doctor, but I prescribe community reviews to cure what ails you.

JourneyMy companion in a lonely desert
By Isaac Davis

Isaac tells us of his fantastic experience in Journey. The new PlayStation 3 game has a fascinating system where you will encounter another player while progressing through the title's gorgeous landscapes. The interesting thing is that you can't conventionally chat with your companion with text or voice. Instead, you rely on a single button that lets you sing individual notes. Isaac was able to use this to forge a deep relationship with his fellow traveller.

Achievement completion: Bastion
By Joseph Jordan

It's funny how Bastion feels like an old game even though it's not even one year old yet. Joseph recently perfected the Xbox Live Arcade title, meaning he earned all of the achievements. Impressive! I think the only Xbox 360 game I perfected was Avatar: The Burning Earth, and I only accomplished that because it could be done in five minutes.

Review: Killing with a purpose in The Darkness 2
By Giancarlo Valdes

Giancarlo reviews The Darkness 2 and finds much to like during his trip towards insanity. He praises the first-person shooter's innovative combat and "graphic art" style, so it sounds like this sequel lives up to its predecessor. I don't know if I'll be playing it, though. I'm afraid of the dark. And bats. God, I hate bats.

The joy of exploding monsters in Ys Chronicles
By Jonathan Oyama

Ys has always been a role-playing series I knew little about. Hell, I don't even know how to pronounce it. Ys and Ys 2 were recently combined into one package called Ys 1 and 2 Chronicles for the PSP. That's two Ys for the price of one! Jonathan praises both games for their fun battle systems and excellent music, so maybe we should pay more attention to this obscure franchise.

Realm of the Mad God
By Sam Palmer

Realm of the Mad God, reviewed in this article by Sam, is a mix of an actioon shooter with a traditional massively-multiplayer game. Sounds intriguing! Sam recommends the title with much enthusiasm. Since it's free, why not give it a try? Just beware of the mad god. I hear that's his realm.
