The poor ColecoVision didn't really survive the video game crash of 1983. This video is the first part in a series dedicated to all the crazy -- yet interesting -- things that were in the works for the console before it faded out in 1985. I'm a sucker for crazy controllers. The ColecoVision has some pretty weird ones out of the box, yet the developers planned on making them even weirder throughout the system's lifetime. 

Bah, now I want to hook up the ColecoVision in my house, but I doubt I can do that on a flat-screen T.V.
