• While watching this trailer for the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 "Vietnam" DLC, I couldn't help but think of the movie Forrest Gump. Specifically, in the back of my mind I heard Forrest saying: "Then if felt like something just jumped up and bit me."

• Daisuke Uchiyama, a producer for Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom, describes the game as having a universal fairy-tale feeling. What are the chances he means the game is like a Grimm's Fairy Tale and someone's gonna die in the end?

• The latest Disgaea spin-off game, Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood!, has the most peculiar plot. Someone stole Demon Lord Etna's panties, and the adorable Prinny penguins have to retrieve them. I think this is what the original Super Mario Bros. was about, too.
