3D Models of 3DS and NGP

I like modeling myself some consoles, so here are the new  portables in (non stereoscopic) 3D.

These are stunningly well done. I modeled an original DS for a 3D modelling class I took in high school, and it didn't look even half as good as these.

What'd you make these in? 3D Max? Maya?

Is the 3DS supposed to be bigger than a regular DS or the same size? By Regular DS I mean DSLite or XL or Dsi. The 3D pics are awesome
