Hey Nintendo, fans clearly want you to localize the Pokémon Trading Card Game sequel

I've never understood the appeal of playing a video game based on trading cards. Yu-Gi-OhPokémon, and even Dragon Ball Z have their own play on this concept, and every time it seems boring and needlessly complicated. Card games are designed for multiple players, and computers are often heartless cheats.

But, if you had a better experience with the Pokémon Trading Card Game on GameBoy Color and always wanted to play the sequel, a fan translation is now available. Previously a Japanese exclusive, the second game lets players choose a female main character named Mint and offers a Deck Diagnosis mode that rates how effective your cards are.

Hopefully, this ROM hack will encourage Nintendo to finally localize and release the game on the 3DS virtual console. But, if fan translations ever urged the company to do anything we would have seen an English version of Mother 3 by now.
