The Bitmob Featured Community Writer is a new series where we focus on you, the Bitmob community member. We'll dust off your old articles and give you your just reward: more eyeballs on your writing. We're featuring some of your favorites, some you may have overlooked, and maybe even you!
This week's featured community writer is no stranger to most of us. I first came across Jeff Grubb years before Dan Hsu and Demian Linn conceived of Bitmob. He was an active 1UP community member, and I found his blogs to be informative and hilarious. He's brought that same vigor to Bitmob, and that's why fellow community member Michael Rousseau nominated him for this week's spotlight.
The quality and care Jeff puts into his articles shows: Bitmob's editors consistently promote his stories to the front page. His talents extend to the spoken word, too, and you can hear him regularly on the excellent community-driven podcast Pixel Revolt. He's also fairly conspicuous at our Bitmob meet-ups, delighting the crowd with dancing and other shenanigans. On top of all that, he somehow manages to have a life outside of Bitmob, managing a bar and working as the news editor for Kombo.com.
And with that, we are happy to present the work of Bitmob's own Anthony Gallegos lookalike, the man who puts "Hi!" in Ohio, and everybody's favorite bon vivant: Jeffrey Michael Grubb.
