For some reason, it never occurred to me that an actual person was responsible for Pikachu's famous, um, whatever you would call saying your own name repeatedly. Cooing?
So anyway, I was kind of shocked when I watched this video of Ikue Ootani doing the shtick that she made famous to Pokéholics everywhere.
