CNET is reporting that up to one million gamers with pirated consoles have been banned from Xbox Live recently. This comes in light of the recent sales success of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and some gamers painful realization that they've been banned for their pirating deeds. The popular shooter is reported to have sold 4.7 million units on day one in the UK and US (1.2 and 3.5 million copies respectively).
