Really, Jack Thompson? Do you think you're worth the $120 million you're suing Facebook for?
News Blips:

Disbarred attorney and anti-video game crusader Jack Thompson is suing the popular social networking site Facebook for allowing users to post violent threats against him. In the "I hate Jack Thompson" group, one poster suggests that Thompson “should be smacked across the face with an Atari 2600.” Do you think we'll also get sued for agreeing? [Bloomberg]
In an interview with VG247, Assassin's Creed 2 director Benoit Lambert commented that the game would feature a "bit of sex." That's more or less all the information on the taboo video game feature (Hot Coffee, anyone?) he would offer. We want to know how many bits, though. 8? 16? 32 bits of sex? [VG247]

Walmart is dipping their toes into the used game business. It looks like you can't trade games in, but you can buy used games that are "Guaranteed to Play." Where do the used games come from? Our guess is some poor kids in a third-world sweatshop are being paid pennies a day to just take the plastic wrap off. [Evil Avatar]
