Due to the fact that I love video games and due to the fact that I love to write, I shall be posting what I call "Late Bird Reviews". If that name is used elsewhere (I'm sure it is) oh well; if someone can inform me of another name more appropriate and unique, I'd appreciate it. Regardless, Late Bird Reviews will be my opinions on the games I have played in my spare time. Chances are, these are the games you've already played or read about.

So why read my reviews? I intend to give an honest objective review beyond the hype of an initial release. The lateness prevents the reviews from being influenced by the hype of the game's release and other reviews. Besides, they're just my opinions on certain games that I have played. If have already played the games I'm reviewing, maybe it will be the last push you need to decide whether to sell it back. Or maybe you haven't got the games and have been waiting for the price to go down. My reviews are for recreational fun for me and for anyone interested in reading, as well as giving insight beyond the marketing schemes of the publishers.

Why do they come so late? Because I don't usually have time to play and beat a game immediately after its release. I'm just a normal guy looking for a way to make my voice heard, and my words read. I have a deep passion for both video games and writing, so what better avenue to post this passion than on a website that promotes video game writing?
