Video Blips:
• To promote the launch of Final Fantasy 13 in Japan, Suntory is releasing an elixir beverage. With three times the amount of caffeine than a normal soft drink, it's like they're tricking you to never stop playing the game. [GameTrailers]
Continue after the break for Daft Punk rocking out in DJ Hero, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2's epic Statue of Liberty battle, and the intro to Pokemon Heart Gold & Soul Silver because we know you wouldn't really watch it when actually playing the game.
• Daft Punk seems like they're a perfect fit for a video game. Especially one involving music. These Activision Blizzard folks are brilliant!
• Why are Ryu Hayabusa and Rachel fighting the Statue of Liberty? They should have brought Japan's giant Gundam statue for backup.
• Pokemon: Heart Gold/Soul Silver look promising. We're hoping they go back to the pre-ridiculous level of Pokemon as opposed to the current roster of 10,000 or so.
