Some day I will own my own pinball machine. Preferably one based off of a movie. Then I'll be cool and everyone will like me.

Video Blips:

The Xbox 360 controller gets a new directional pad. The new d-pad looks like a big improvement, but I guess we'll have to wait until November 9 before we can get our hands on one.

Continue after the break for a look at Brink's interesting look, Spider-Man: Shattered Dimension's hard sell, and some pinball loving for the Xbox Live Arcade.

I'm on the Brink of anticipation. This new developer diary for Brink details the game's artistic direction. I'm impressed. I may need to pay more attention to this one.

Spider-Man is always shattering dimensions. This launch trailer for Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions features plenty of Spider-Men. There's also a Deadpool sighting. I remember when that character used to be obscure.

Pinball FX 2 tilts its way into my heart. I didn't think I wanted to play an HD pinball game until I saw this video. Maybe it's just the nostalgia speaking, but this looks like a lot of fun.

That new D-Pad actually looks pretty nice.  Maybe my thumb won't be reduced to jelly after an hour or two of SF4 now.

I know they're out to do their own thing, but I think copying the PSX design would have been a much better choice.  But maybe this'll work out anyways.
