Available on Steam for $4.99 (Windows-only). This was one of the few movie adaptations that actually lived up to its promise.  I was searching for a game to play on Steam and found this winner.  Thought maybe it would be a memory for someone who might of played this game. The game was released in May 1989 simultaneously with the movie. It was available for DOS, Amiga, Atari ST, and Mac OS. A CD-ROM version was later released for the FM-Towns, with 256-color graphics, as well as a VGA PC version.

I love how it says "ADVENTURE!" and then Indy looks at the inscription and it says "Hmm" at the very top of the screen. You don't get that kind of adventure and excitement in other, non-Indy games!

Is the game still fun? It doesn't look like it has aged very well.

I checked some screenshots out, and what in the hell is up with Indy being in a boxing ring fighting a "boxing coach"??? :D

He's boxing at college, before avoiding his students and slipping out the window. Essentially it's training you for the few fight scenes that show up throughout the rest of the game. Kinda like how Monkey Island used insult-sword-fights. Not a lot but enough to get the point across.

Great game, love it, still own it.
