Former Infinity Ward heads Vince Zampella and Jason West filed a lawsuit against Activision last year for alleged unpaid royalties. The trial will finally take place on May 7, 2012.

Sony's PlayStation Vita will launch in Japan on December 17 with 26 games, including Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Hot Shots Golf 6, and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

Publisher Codemasters will likely shut down development studio Guilford after the ill-received Bodycount. The first-person shooter currently has a Metacritic score of 50 (PS3 version). Yikes!

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan’s Toro and Kuro will kick all sorts of asses in the PS3 and PS Vita versions of Street Fighter X Tekken. Taken with Infamous 2's Cole MacGrath, Sony consoles now have three exclusive characters.
