I just realized that we can abbreviate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3's subtitle, Fate of Two Worlds, as FTW (for the win). Coincidence?
Video Blips:
• As Capcom continues to reveal new fighters, these Marvel vs. Capcom 3 roster trailers just keep getting longer and longer. It's now like watching a sitcom opening with way too many characters.
Continue after the break for a Metroid: Other M history lesson, the premiere of Tim Schafer's (Grim Fandango, Brütal Legend) new spooky game, Costume Quest, a demo of the surprisingly awesome (and educational) From Dust, and a look at a the Udraw Studio tablet for the Wii.
• If you know nothing about the Metroid series, this retrospective video should get you up to speed in no time. For the rest of us who grew up playing these games, let us embark on an action-packed stroll down Metroid memory lane.
• Costume Quest is going after The Nightmare Before Christmas fans -- just look at that Jack Skellington-look-alike jack-o'-lantern character! And the rainbow unicorn...didn't the movie have one, too?
• If you want to get kids fired up about learning geology, just sit them down in front of From Dust. Hell, you could probably do the same for adults!
• I have two questions about Udraw Studio: 1) Does it really come with that sweet tablet accessory? 2) Does it also include a copy of artist David Kassan to paint the portraits of you and your friends?
