I have to admit to never actually playing Plants vs. Zombies, but I do play a lot of World of Warcraft. Luckily, WoW will soon be forcing the issue on me thanks to a new quest that pays homage to PopCap's uber-popular tower-defense game. And by "homage," I really mean "you pretty much play Plants vs. Zombies."
