Counting myself, we have four Michaels involved in today's Reviews Spotlight. We are coming to take over your puny world!
A play date with nostalgia, featuring Star Trek 25th Anniversary
By Michael Chiang
I love Star Trek! Sadly, I never had a chance to play Star Trek 25th Anniversary. Michael still holds all other Trek games against this classic as the standard for excellence. Looking at the video included in his review, I can see why. I hope we get another kickass Star Trek game when the 50th anniversary comes around.
Reliving A Link to the Past with rose-colored glasses
By John Michael
We all know that A Link to the Past is a classic, but John examines how gracefully the game has aged. I have to agree with him. I could play A Link to the Past right now and have just as much fun with it as I did when I was 10. I guess you really could call this Super Nintendo adventure a link to the past.
All the Bad Parts review: Some parts are good
By Michael Rousseau
All the Bad Parts is an Xbox Live Indie Game created by Bitmob community writer Ben Cook. Michael reviewed his game as part of a contest we ran. The title's story impressed him, but the combat turned out to have a few problems. Still, I have a hard time resisting a game he describes as "Silent Hill meets snarky comedy."
Review: SkyDrift
By Louis Garcia
I never heard of SkyDrift, but this title looks a lot like Hydro Thunder with planes. This sounds fantastic. Louis says that SkyDrift isn't about to be the next Mario Kart, but the racer is certainly a fun diversion. I don't know about you, but I enjoy a good diversion.
Majora's Mask and the beauty of sidequests (among other things)
By Faye Sakellaridis
Ah, Majora's Mask. I had long ago written you off as being too weird only to see hundreds of articles, like Faye's, sing your praises. I tell you what, if Nintendo ever ports you over to the 3DS, I'll give you another chance. Deal?
